To promote a healthy lifestyle and to raise money for LifeBridge, the Northeast Animal Shelter and the Wellness Center.

USATF certified course with one water station at about mile 2.0
Snacks, juice, and water at the finish line.

The first 250 pre-registered runners and walkers receive a T-shirt.
Race awards in 11 different categories.
